Environmental Remediation Summary

Onsite abatement of ~5,000m3 of asbestos contaminated soil. Completion of part of the excavation works under asbestos conditions. Track, load, cart, and dispose ~5,000m3 of chemically contaminated fill post abatement. Gas freeing, emptying and removal of two underground storage tanks (UST), validation and reporting of the UST tank pits prior to further excavation. All remedial works were conducted under environmental audit and the site validated to satisfy the Environmental Auditor to develop the site.
