Environmental Remediation Summary

Onsite abatement of ~1,000m3 of asbestos contaminated soil under asbestos conditions in a high-density residential setting including completing portion of constructions under Asbestos Conditions. Validation and reporting on fill/ natural interface prior to bulk excavation. Track, load, cart, and dispose chemically contaminated fill post abatement. Capping and sealing of contaminated material on site. Ongoing: A sewerage line and surrounding fill material as uncovered during excavation was found to be contaminated with inert material and asbestos. Straightline is continuing the scope of works while managing, separating, and segregating previously unidentified contaminated material during the build.
