Stage 1
Planning and scoping

Response to the project brief. Depending on client preference we can provide a non-confirming specification and or further scope revision and clarification

Stage 2
Design and review

Response to the contract documents. Further updating scope/ design and/ or specification if agreed to by the client. Finalise scope.

Stage 3
Construct

Physical works constructing the agreed scope.

Stage 4
Reporting and project closure

Provision of project documentation and project close out.
